About MasterPeace Dog Training ... MasterPeace Dog Training Center is a full-service canine training center. Our classes include Puppy Kindergarten, Pet Obedience, Competitive Obedience, Rally Obedience, Pet Agility, Small Dog Agility, Puppy Agility, Competitive Agility, Canine Freestyle, Breed Handling, and other specialty classes. We are often adding new classes and events - be sure to check out the events page! We teach using positive methods of training including clicker training and are committed to teaching you to train your dog in a way that is not only effective, but fun for you and your dog. Pet owners can begin training their dog in puppy kindergarten classes or beginning obedience classes. A well-mannered dog is able to fully participate in their human's life; be safe in doing so; and is not likely to develop behavioral problems. From Puppy Kindergarten or Beginning Pet Obedience, clients can move on to Graduate Puppy Classes or more advanced obedience or agility classes. Classes Our class schedule is updated often, so please feel free to have a look before you leave the site. We will be glad to answer any questions you might have, so don't hesitate to ask us questions by phone or email. The classes listed on the schedule run for 6 or 7 weeks at a time, and then start again. Once you know you want to sign up for a particular class, give the school a call. We will take some basic information and put you on the list for that class. A small deposit is required to hold your spot, and the balance will be due on the first day of class. It is important to note that we limit class size so that we can give enough attention to each student; some classes fill up early. There is no charge for coming in and watching classes currently going on, so if you are unsure of what you might want to do, perhaps you would like to watch a current session of the class you are considering. We also have "drop in classes", such as puppy kindergarten and pet obedience on Saturday mornings. For those classes, it is simply "come that day for $10.00". These classes vary in number of participants and levels of experience, but they are great for giving it a try or practicing between other classes. In addition, many of our clients compete in Obedience
and Agility events both locally and nationally. We have several
opportunities for the serious competitor. Our competitive classes
are taught by experienced and titled instructors with years of experience
and expertise to share. Raw Diet We also carry Oma's Pride - a complete line of pre-prepared raw food products made expressly for those feeding raw diets to their pets.
Other Things Ring rental is available by appointment. Perhaps on one of those chilly or rainy days you could come in and for $15.00/hour share some private time with your dog. Train some; play some; enjoy the indoors. Available for obedience and agility rental. (Note: Agility ring is set up for you on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and other select weekdays. Please call the center for schedule details.) It is also possible to take a private or semi-private lesson, or partake in one of the many workshops, seminars, training parties, and special events offered at MasterPeace Dog Training.
